We can guide you in making this conversation easier and help you to request workplace adjustments. But our support is 100 percent confidential – your employer does not need to know.
What kind of workplace adjustments can I request?

Adjustments can include flexible working, workload modifications, more breaks, ergonomic equipment, and other reasonable requests based on your specific needs and what you are struggling with.
Do you offer remote support?

Yes, we provide remote support.
Do I need a formal diagnosis to be eligible for support?

No, you do not need a formal diagnosis to access our support service.
Is the support service confidential?

Yes. Your information and our service to you is 100% confidential.
Why do you require my National Insurance number and other personal details?

We support thousands of customers and need accurate information to ensure we process the correct referral and provide the right support for you.
Can the service help with neurodivergent conditions such as autism or ADHD?

Our service is designed for customers experiencing mental health concerns in their role. However, we understand that mental health and neurodivergent conditions often overlap. Our coaches are trained and experienced in supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, and similar conditions.
Is support available for conditions like chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia?

Our focus is on mental health support. If you experience mental health concerns alongside other health conditions, we can help with your mental wellbeing and signpost you to additional resources for physical health concerns where appropriate.
What types of workplace challenges can this service help me with?

Do I need my employer’s permission before accessing support?

No. You do not need to inform your employer. The service is completely confidential. If you choose to involve your employer, that is your decision — we will not contact them without your consent.
